The Centre for Creative Sector Entrepreneurship (CCSE) will be a creative and cultural hub in the heart of Toronto’s downtown. It will support the entrepreneurial capacity and business skills of artists, creative professionals, arts organizations and small creative businesses.
Artscape hopes to attract a wide range of organizations and businesses from across the creative and cultural sector as potential tenants and will offer a range of leasing opportunities of up to 35% below market rates for comparable facilities. Currently we are in talks with a commercial development partner to secure a site for the building and are projecting an opening date of 2015.
