Artscape YOUNGplace, Artscape’s latest development in the West Queen West arts community, will be a multi-dimensional, multi-tenanted facility designed to build capacity for creativity and innovation and bring creative people and ideas together under one roof. Work studios at Artscape Shaw Street Centre are now being sold to artists and not-for-profit arts and community organizations at below-market rates.The below-market cost is achieved through Artscape offering a second mortgage on the market price which brings the purchase price down by 25%.
